Starting back in 2016 The Reel Dyl started cleaning fishing reels for his family since the guy who did it for them had retired, fast forward a few years later, he picked up on repairing fishing rods as he got tired of looking at the broken eyes on his rods. During 2022 The Reel Dyl started developing the pier/dock style rod from solid fiberglass blanks designed to be either a rod for children or a small durable rod for dock and pier use.
